HEAD's Flexpoint technology is designed to make the frame flex at the 3 & 9 o'clock positions rather than just from the shaft up (as with a conventional racquet). HEAD claims Flexpoint technology allows the racquet to cup the ball for increased control and feel. HEAD states that the Flexpoint technology allows for a longer dwell time (the duration of time the ball is in contact with racquet) and ball pocketing, providing the player with increased feel and giving the racquet a larger sweetspot.
